Princeton Shopping Center is Being Sold.
The owners of the Princeton Shopping Center are in the process of selling the 62-year-old property with an expected close date of June 1st. The Princeton Shopping Center, located at 301 N. Harrison Street, includes 55 shops and restaurants, a 2-acre landscaped courtyard and extensive pedestrian pathways. It is unclear what the sale of the property will mean for its tenants. >>READ MORE

Earlier this month, following California’s assembly, the New Jersey State Legislative Committee voted to pass a similar bill that would ban the practice of employers requesting access to an employer (or potential employer’s) Facebook page. The issue was brought to light in March when an incident was reported in New York that a man seeking employment was asked to provide his password to his private Facebook profile. He refused and left the interview. This has also raised whether employers can have other types of control over employee’s social media profiles, such as forcing employees to “Like” their pages for the purpose of enhancing social media presence. >>READ MORE
Palmer Square to Celebrate Its 75th Anniversary.
This year marks the 75th anniversary of Princeton’s Palmer Square. To celebrate this momentous occasion, Palmer Square Management is planning several upcoming events and tributes, including a Kids Art Contest, Facebook Trivia, a plaque dedication and a Birthday Bash celebration in October.
