Free preview class set for Leadership Training for Managers

April 20, 2011

What’s the driving force behind most managers and directors? The people — right? And without them, the business simply cannot meet its business objectives. In fact, to succeed in today’s demanding corporate environment, it’s important for managers to develop all of their employees; working as partners to accelerate and improve the company.

It’s the managers that achieve their company’s business goals who are most valuable to their organizations and get the most recognition.

Dale Carnegie Training of Central and Southern New Jersey is offering a FREE preview session of its Leadership Training for Managers course. Held from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 6, this preview will show you Dale Carnegie Training’s highly interactive training process that gives you a step-by-step blueprint on how to effectively build a team.

The free session will be held at Dale Carnegie Training, 243 Route 130 N., Bordentown, New Jersey.

We’ll teach you how to create an environment that encourages creative thinking in your people. Not only that, we’ll show you ways to inspire people so they go that extra mile — willingly and eagerly. In short, you’ll quickly become a more powerful and effective leader by helping your team members become more committed to the organization’s vision and goals.

Our Leadership Training For Managers course isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk workshop. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves-and-make-it-happen, time-spaced, seven-week program that’s based on a finely-tuned process we designed. This proprietary time-spaced learning process produces real bottom-line results. You’ll see immediate and measurable improvements on the way you manage your team. We’ll teach you how to help your team with things like:

  • Encouraging innovation
  • Coaching mistakes
  • Setting performance goals
  • Evaluating and training talented employees
  • Becoming accountable for things that need to be done
  • Using an 8-step delegation process to get results
  • Better decision-making skills
  • Creative problem solving
  • Managing conflict and change
  • And much, much more
