Whenever possible, it’s always a rewarding experience when you can share with others what you’ve learned through the experiences you’ve had.
Dale Carnegie Training of Central and Southern New Jersey President Anita Zinsmeister is going to do just that when she joins The Nancy Pristine Show for a one-hour chat about a variety of topics relating to relationships, both at home and in the workplace.
The show will air on WIFI 1460-AM from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 19. Those outside of the Philadelphia/Central New Jersey area can listen in at www.wifiam1460.com.
Zinsmeister will be discussing a broad range of topics, based on the Dale Carnegie principles, as well as techniques laid out in the book, “How to Win Friends and Influence People.” She will also touch on how to handle difficult and negative people, with the knowledge that we cannot change other people’s behavior and can only change ours.
Simple things like saying hello or offering a smile are powerful ways to change someone’s perception or improve their mood. Zinsmeister will chat about how to give and receive constructive criticism, as well as avoiding confrontation and arguments.
So if you’re able, tune in to the show tomorrow to learn a few valuable tips that you’ll be able to put to work immediately at home and at work. And as always, if you have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 609-324-9200.
